Welcome to Promenade on the River! 

If there’s one thing that sets Promenade on the River apart from a typical banquet hall, it’s quality. Holding your event here is truly like inviting guests to your own home, if your home happens to be an exquisitely crafted mansion. It was designed and built to the highest standards in every detail. Privately owned and operated by two families who want you and your guests to feel at home. Drawing inspiration from their European heritage, a warm and welcoming atmosphere is a signature of the Promenade on the River.

Our two-story all-inclusive venue has a luxurious Mediterranean-style exterior and a modernly appointed interior, offering guests high-touch service and a turn-key event experience. It begins with a gourmet menu curated exclusively by Rollatini Catering, a lavish drinking menu, fine bone china, banquet tables, and chairs. Additionally, all guests have access to the Mediterranean-style courtyard, tent-ready lawns, and lavishly landscaped gardens. The interior space is designed in a modern, glamorous style consisting of two floors brought together by an ascending staircase that is quite the centerpiece; the interior is made entirely of polished glass, steel, and stone.

THE LOCATION

Welcome to perhaps the most elegant and exciting new event venue in all of the Treasure Coast. Dramatic design blends with a breathtaking site right on the St. Lucie River to create a party space truly worthy of your most important memories. Weddings, birthday or anniversary parties, bar mitzvahs or quinceañeras, corporate events or fundraising banquets are made more impressive by visually stunning backdrops ranging from a dramatic glass and steel mezzanine (perfect for tossing a wedding bouquet) to lavishly landscaped gardens. Conveniently located in St. Lucie, Florida, Promenade on the River banquet hall is within easy reach of Vero Beach, Fort Pierce, Stuart, Jupiter and most other towns in the area. Let the celebration of a lifetime begin!

CHIC MODERN INTERIOR

The first impression couldn’t be more impressive. When you walk in the front entrance, you’re greeted by a soaring, 7,000+ square foot space and a grand staircase connecting two levels of party zones which accommodate up to 230 guests. Cutting edge finishes, such as a glass and steel balcony, polished marble floors and abstract art chandeliers, make any event extraordinary. Each level includes a full bar, guest tables (seating 8 or 10) and chairs.* The lower level has electrical accommodations for a DJ or live band. And a full prep kitchen provides top-of-the-line facilities for our in-house elite catering team.

OLD WORLD EXTERIOR

If traditional Mediterranean charm is more your style, consider holding your event outdoors, with the beautifully manicured gardens and warm ochre and terracotta walls of an Italian style palazzo in the background. Choose the covered patio area or an extensive open patio where you could set up a marquee, each with breathtaking views of the river to provide a perfect photo opportunity.

Something fun to do before or after the event: a cruise on the St. Lucie River. Cruise boats pass right by the property, and are available for charter.

  • 2 stacked convection ovens hold 10 (18″x 26″) sheet pans

  • 5-pan food steamer / precooked food thermalizer

  • Double banquet broiler sized for large quantities

  • 40-gallon tilt skillet for bulk grilling, frying, simmering, boiling

  • 40-pound deep fryer for smaller quantities

  • 2 huge food warmers for serving or plating
